Service Description
Appointment to refresh existing nanoblading. Treatment only available for existing clients, must have fading visible to refresh. Book a consultation if you're unsure if they've faded enough. Clients that require a third initial top up (discussed at first appointment) and have lapsed the 10 week grace period will be required to use this booking service, as a fee will occur.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable in any circumstance as the time is reserved. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the booked treatment price. This is regardless of the reason. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the full treatment price being charged. Please note that no further appointments can be booked until any outstanding balances relating to cancellations or no-shows have been paid in full. Rescheduling appointments can be done up to 72hours before appointment start time. After that, it is classed as a late cancellation and will be treated as such. If you book without a prior consultation and are found unsuitable, the booking fee remains non-refundable, as stated in the service requirements (consultation and patch test required).
