Service Description
Semi-Permanent Make Up appointments require a top up, up to 10 weeks after initial treatment for exisiting clients only. Top up appointments outside of 10 weeks will occur an extra charge. You may require one or more top ups for your type of SPMU to get your desired result. One top up is included in the full treatment plan. Other top ups will be charged accordingly and must be done within a timely manner (up to 6 weeks after first top up) anything after this will be classed as a refresh.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable in any circumstance as the time is reserved. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the booked treatment price. This is regardless of the reason. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in the full treatment price being charged. Please note that no further appointments can be booked until any outstanding balances relating to cancellations or no-shows have been paid in full. Rescheduling appointments can be done up to 72hours before appointment start time. After that, it is classed as a late cancellation and will be treated as such. If you book without a prior consultation and are found unsuitable, the booking fee remains non-refundable, as stated in the service requirements (consultation and patch test required).
